What Your Pledge Means
A prospective-member pledge is a way to say: “I am interested in Community First Credit Union and would consider becoming a member if the proposed credit union receives the required approvals and becomes operational.”
What It Does
Your pledge helps the organizing team document community interest, understand what future members may need from the institution, and demonstrate that a community exists behind the proposed credit union.
What It Does Not Do
A pledge is not a deposit, investment, donation, purchase, account application, loan application, or binding membership agreement. No funds are required to pledge. It does not guarantee charter approval, future membership eligibility, or that Community First Credit Union will become operational.
Why 300+?
Community First Credit Union has established a campaign goal of more than 300 prospective-member pledges as we build community support for the proposed institution.
